As your personal Challenger and after 50 Wellness ally, I believe that by working together, we can enhance the outlook of our health and vitality all the days of our lives. My struggle with weight and health issues, while worrying about family health issues became my life for too long. The older I got, the more impassioned I became to change the outlook of what "later..." looked like. And that passion wasn't only for me, but for my family, friends, and others.
I didn't understand the connection between what I ate and the way I felt until I started learning about how the body works, especially in the later years.
I began formulating alternatives to medication by making changes in my diet, introducing essential oils and herbs, and taking on an attitude of living well. Now, beyond "39" feels great; I have as much energy as I did when I was young; my immune system is strong and I know it can fight off the germs, in whatever form they present.
That's why I created my wellness programs and personally formulated recipes for nutrition, herbalism, and aromatherapies.
